Contraceptive Counseling: $75 payment due in full prior to scheduling. Telephone or video call. 

(45 minute session. Discuss different birth control options. Make sure the birth control you choose is actually tailored to your needs!)

 

Preconception Counseling: $250 for three 30 minute sessions payment due in full prior to scheduling 1st visit. Telephone or video call. 

(We’ll walk you through the conception process. We will help make sure you and your partner are at your best to start a pregnancy. Discussed timed intercourse, ovulation tracking, hormones, and genetic screenings as needed. Or are you having difficulty conceiving? Discuss your cycle and possible concerns and what may be your best options.)

 

Menopause or Perimenopause Counseling: $75 payment due in full prior to scheduling. Telephone or video call. 

(45 minute session. Discuss menopause symptoms and hormone changes.  Discover natural remedies and supplements that can help with changes during menopause. Review hormone replacement therapy options and determine if you are a candidate. Go into your next annual visit educated and ready to discuss options with your provider!)

 

Birth plan visit: $150 payment due in full prior to scheduling. Video call only.

(Be fully prepared for your labor. Spend an hour discussing what you want your labor to look like. Discuss different labor options and know the benefits and risks of labor interventions. Be ready to be an advocate for your labor and birth. You will leave this visit with a fully created birth plan that we will email to you after the session and our labor promotion quick-tip sheet!)

 

Trimester Education Package: $450 for one 1 hour session or two 30 minute sessions for each trimester and postpartum. 50% ($225) non-refundable deposit due at signing. Must be paid in full prior to scheduling a third trimester childbirth education visit) Video call only.

 (Think childbirth education but personalized. Each trimester we’ll meet with you and discuss what to expect, what’s normal and what’s not, go over all the education you need for pregnancy, birth and postpartum and answer any questions you have. We will also email you our pregnancy and labor “quick tip” sheets after each session. Need more time? Add a session for $50)

 

Trimester Education Topics

 

Trimester 1: Pregnancy discomforts along with recommendations for natural remedies.

Warning signs and when to call your provider. Nutrition. Exercise. How to maintain a healthy pregnancy. Routine pregnancy lab work. Genetic and carrier screenings.

 

Trimester 2: Common second and third trimester discomforts. Prenatal exercises and stretches to promote optimal fetal positioning. Relaxation techniques. Glucose screening. Anatomy scan.  T-dap vaccine. Rhogam (if negative blood type). Begin to discuss counting baby’s movements. Communication skills with your providers. Patient rights. Advocacy. Finding the right pediatrician. Building a labor support team.

 

Trimester 3: What’s GBS? cervical exams in the office (they aren’t required!). Third trimester ultrasounds and non-stress tests. Perineal massage. Promoting labor. Stages and phases of labor. Hormones of labor. Comfort techniques. Medical interventions (Induction/ augmentation (Pitocin vs. oxytocin, having your water broken), Fetal monitoring (continuous, intermittent, external and internal). Medical Pain relief. Second stage intervention.  Handling changes in your birth plan. Episiotomies. Vacuum and forcep delivery. C-sections (indications and what to expect).

 

Trimester 4 (postpartum): The Golden Hour. Breastfeeding (promotion of lactation support and hand expression). Normal newborn procedures in hospital. Newborn appearance and behaviors. Newborn warning signs. Reducing risk of SIDS. Postpartum physical and emotional changes. Lifestyle changes. Laceration repairs. pelvic floor PT.Postpartum depression/ anxiety/ anger/ psychosis (when to find help). Support groups. Sex and fertility.   

 

The Ultimate Pregnancy Package:  $1600. 20% ($320) non-refundable deposit due at signing. Then 20% due @ 13 weeks, 20 weeks, 28 weeks, 36 weeks. Must be paid in full by 36 weeks prior to the birth plan visit.   Keep us in your back pocket for your entire pregnancy, labor, and postpartum! This package includes the trimester package, the birth plan visit, and 10 prepaid 1 hour counseling sessions + have us available to you to answer questions during your labor! (24/7 on-call service starting at 38 weeks)

 

 Postpartum package: $250 for four 30 minute sessions. payment due in full prior to scheduling. Telephone or video call.   (Postpartum education alone + general counseling and/or lactation support (up to 6 weeks postpartum). Need more time? Add a session for $50)
